What You Will Do:
As a Digital Health Navigator, you will:
- Educate and Support: Teach community members how to use digital health tools and resources.
- Facilitate Telehealth: Assist patients in connecting with healthcare providers through telemedicine platforms.
- Promote Health Literacy: Help improve health literacy by providing clear and accessible information about digital health.
- Build Trust: Establish trust and rapport with community members, serving as a reliable source of support and information.
