Share with us a high level overview of your concept — what it is, why it matters and how it helps achieve health equity. . Note: This application is open to all domestic future physicians — students studying medicine. Those who are selected to advance to the lightning round must be or become an AMSA member ($35 for one year via amsa.org/join) .

What is your innovation? Provide a clear, high-level overview of your solution and the problem it addresses.
1/ What is the specific healthcare challenge you’re solving, and why does it matter? 2/ What sets your approach apart from other solutions? What are your business differentiators?
Who benefits from this innovation and how do they benefit? Please share qualitative or quantitative outcomes. And what is the potential scope of impact—local, national or global?
Where are you now? Describe where your project is in its lifecycle. What are your next steps?
1/ List team members, their roles, and the expertise they bring. 2/ How do your combined skills or perspectives strengthen your project?
1/ What tools, platforms, or technologies power your solution? 2/ Explain briefly why these tools are critical to your innovation.
If selected, how would you pitch your innovation? Share how you’d showcase your idea’s value and outcomes to engage your audience effectively.
Publishing Opportunity (Optional)
Would you be interested in having your submission published in a peer-reviewed journal as part of the ConductScience Health Innovations: Special Issue for Digital Health Equity? If yes, a ConductScience team member will assist in formatting your submission for publication to meet the journal's standards (and you could get published!)
